§17E‑12.  Pardons.

When a person presentscompetent evidence that the person has been granted an unconditional pardon ofinnocence for a crime in this State, any other state, or the United States, theCommission may not deny, suspend, or revoke that person's certification basedsolely on the commission of that crime or for alleged lack of good moralcharacter due to the commission of that crime. (1995, c. 103, s. 10.)
