The holder of a permit for theretail sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, or fortified wine maytransport in the course of his business any amount of the alcoholic beverage heis authorized to sell, without a purchase‑transportation permit or acommercial transportation permit under G.S. 18B‑1115.
