(a) By purchasing aticket or share in a lottery game, a player agrees to abide by, and be boundby, the game‑play rules adopted by the Commission that apply to anyparticular lottery game involved.
(b) All playersacknowledge that the determination of whether the player is a winner is subjectto the game‑play rules and the winner validation procedures andconfidential validation tests established by the Commission for the particularlottery game involved. (2005‑344, s. 1.)
