The amount of compensationpaid to lottery game retailers for their sales of lottery tickets or sharesshall be seven percent (7%) of the face value of the tickets or shares sold foreach lottery game. The Commission shall require submission of reports andremission of lottery revenues to the Commission on a timely basis. (2005‑344, s. 1; 2005‑276,s. 31.1(n); 2009‑357, s. 11.)
