North Carolina StateLottery Fund.
§ 18C‑160. NorthCarolina State Lottery Fund.
An enterprise fund, to beknown as the North Carolina State Lottery Fund, is created within the Statetreasury. The North Carolina State Lottery Fund is appropriated to theCommission and may be expended without further action of the General Assemblyfor the purposes of operating the Commission and the lottery games.
