§19‑8.3.  Severability.

If any section, subsection,sentence, or clause of this Article is adjudged to be unconstitutional orinvalid, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the remainingportion of this Article. It is hereby declared that this Article would havebeen passed, and each section, sentence, or clause thereof, irrespective of thefact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences or clauses might beadjudged to be unconstitutional, or for any other reason invalid. (1977,c. 819, s. 10.)
