No person shall be a dealerunless a license to deal shall have been granted by the Director to suchperson. Application for such license shall be in the manner provided by theDirector. The license period shall be the fiscal year and the license fee shallbe fifty dollars ($50.00) for each license period or part thereof, beginningwith the first day of the fiscal year.
