Acting as a dealer in animalsas defined in this Article without a currently valid dealer's license shallconstitute a Class 2 misdemeanor. Continued illegal operation after convictionshall constitute a separate offense. Animals found in possession or custody ofan unlicensed dealer shall be subject to immediate seizure and impoundment andupon conviction of such unlicensed dealer shall become subject to sale oreuthanasia in the discretion of the Director.
