§ 20‑183.15. Approvalof rules and regulations by General Assembly required.
Pursuant to Article V(e) ofthe Vehicle Equipment Safety Compact, it is the intention of this State and itis hereby provided that no rule, regulation or code issued by the VehicleEquipment Safety Commission in accordance with Article V of the Compact shalltake effect until approved by act of the General Assembly.
