Neither the information onfinancial responsibility contained in an accident report, the action taken bythe Commissioner pursuant to this Article, the findings, if any, of theCommissioner upon which the action is based, or the security filed as providedin this Article shall be referred to in any way, nor be any evidence of thenegligence or due care of either party, at the trial of any action at law torecover damages.
