Any person whose license shallhave been suspended as herein provided, or whose policy of insurance or bond,when required under this Article, shall have been canceled or terminated, orwho shall neglect to furnish other proof upon request of the Commissioner shall immediately return his license to the Commissioner. If any person shallfail to return to the Commissioner the license as provided herein, theCommissioner shall forthwith direct any peace officer to secure possessionthereof and to return the same to the Commissioner.
