§ 20‑3.  Organization ofDivision.

The Commissioner, subject tothe approval of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation, shallorganize and administer the Division in such manner as he may deem necessary toconduct the work of the Division. (1941, c. 36, s. 3; 1975, c.716, s. 5.)
