§ 20‑367. Obtaininglicense or permit by fraud.
The permit may be voided ifany conditions of the permit are violated. Upon any violation, the permit mustbe surrendered and a new permit obtained before proceeding. Misrepresentationof information on application to obtain a license, fraudulently obtaining apermit, alteration of a permit, or unauthorized use of a permit will render thepermit void.
