§ 20‑377. Generalpowers of Department of Crime Control and Public Safety.
The Department of CrimeControl and Public Safety shall have and exercise such general power and authorityto supervise and control the motor carriers of the State as may be necessary tocarry out the laws providing for their regulation, and all such other powersand duties as may be necessary or incident to the proper discharge of itsduties.
