Subject to the provisions ofthe immediately preceding section [G.S. 25‑2‑603] on perishables ifthe seller gives no instructions within a reasonable time after notification ofrejection the buyer may store the rejected goods for the seller's account orreship them to him or resell them for the seller's account with reimbursementas provided in the preceding section. Such action is not acceptance orconversion. (1965, c. 700, s. 1.)
