§ 25‑9‑524. Delayby filing office.
Delay by the filing officebeyond a time limit prescribed by this Part is excused if:
(1) The delay is causedby interruption of communication or computer facilities, war, emergencyconditions, failure of equipment, or other circumstances beyond control of thefiling office; and
(2) The filing officeexercises reasonable diligence under the circumstances. (2000‑169,s. 1.)
