§25A‑34.  Balloon payments.

With respect to a consumercredit sale, other than one pursuant to a revolving charge account, noscheduled payment may be more than ten percent (10%) (except the final paymentmay be twenty‑ five percent (25%)) larger than the average of earlierscheduled payments. This provision does not apply when the payment schedule isadjusted to the seasonal or irregular income of the buyer. (1971,c. 796, s. 1.)
