§28A‑10‑7. Rights and duties devolve on successor.
Upon the qualification andappointment of a successor to a personal representative whose resignation hasbeen allowed as provided in G.S. 28A‑10‑4, the substituted personalrepresentative shall succeed to all the powers stated in G.S. 28A‑13‑7and shall also be subject to all the duties, responsibilities, and liabilitiesstated in Article 13.
