When a personal representativehas been appointed in an improper county, and a different person in anothercounty is determined under G.S. 28A‑3‑2(a) to be the properlyappointed personal representative, such improperly appointed personalrepresentative shall not thereby incur personal liability for administrativeacts performed prior to the transfer except as provided in G.S. 28A‑13‑10.
