§28C‑16. Laws of administration of estates applicable.
Except as otherwise providedin this Chapter, the laws of this State applicable to administration ofdecedents' estates as to the amount and type of bond, inventories, reports,priority of creditors, compensation and court costs shall govern receiversappointed under this Chapter.
