Powers of Fiduciaries.

§ 32‑25.  Definition.

As used in this Article, theterm "fiduciary" means the one or more executors of the estate of adecedent, or the one or more trustees of a testamentary or inter vivos trustestate, whichever in a particular case shall be appropriate. (1965,c. 628, s. 1.)
