§33A‑13.  Powers of custodian.

(a)        A custodian, actingin a custodial capacity, has all the rights, powers, and authority overcustodial property that unmarried adult owners have over their own property,but a custodian may exercise those rights, powers, and authority in thecapacity of a custodian only.

(b)        This section doesnot relieve a custodian from liability for breach of G.S. 33A‑12. (1987,c. 563, s. 2.)
