Powers and Duties ofGuardian of the Estate.

§ 35A‑1250. Applicability of Article.

(a)        This Articleapplies only to guardians of the estate, including general guardians exercisingauthority as guardian of the estate.  A guardian of the estate or generalguardian shall have all the powers and duties under this Article unless thoseare inconsistent with the clerk's order appointing a guardian, in which casethe clerk's order shall prevail.

(b)        Nothing containedin this Article shall be construed as authorizing any departure from theexpress terms or limitations set forth in any court order creating or limitingthe guardian's powers and duties. (1987, c. 550, s. 1.)
