Statutes > North-carolina > Chapter_35A > GS_35A-1323§35A‑1323. For what purpose and to whom advanced.
Such advancements shall beordered only for the better promotion in life of such as are of age, ormarried, and for the maintenance, support and education of such as are underthe age of 21 years and unmarried; and in all cases the sums ordered shall bepaid to such persons as, in the opinion of the clerk, will most effectuallyexecute the purpose of the advancement.
