This Article applies to everycommunity trust established in this State. In addition to meeting the otherrequirements of this Article, every board that administers a community trustshall incorporate as a nonprofit corporation under Chapter 55A of the GeneralStatutes. Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, Chapter 55A of theGeneral Statutes applies to community trusts. (1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992), c. 768, s. 1; 2005‑192,s. 3.)
