§40A‑13. Costs and appeal.
In addition to anyreimbursement provided for in G.S. 40A‑8 the condemnor shall pay allcourt costs taxed by the court. Either party shall have a right of appeal tothe appellate division for errors of law committed in any proceedings providedfor in this Chapter in the same manner as in any other civil actions and itshall not be necessary that an appeal bond be posted.
