§42‑27. Local: Refusal to perform contract ground for dispossession.
When any tenant or cropper whoenters into a contract for the rental of land for the current or ensuing yearwillfully neglects or refuses to perform the terms of his contract without justcause, he shall forfeit his right of possession to the premises.
