§ 42A‑25.  Appeal.

A tenant or landlord mayappeal a court order issued pursuant to G.S. 42A‑24(d) to district courtfor a trial de novo. A tenant may petition the district court to stay theeviction order and shall post a cash or secured bond with the court in theamount determined by the court pursuant to G.S. 42A‑24(d).
