§43‑29.  Judgment in suit to enforce adverse claim; register to file.

The court shall certify itsjudgment to the register of deeds; if such adverse claim be held valid, theregister of deeds shall make such entry upon the registry and upon the owner'scertificate of title as may be directed by the court, or he may file and recorda certified copy of the judgment or order of the court thereon; if such adverseclaim be held invalid the register of deeds shall cancel such adverse claimupon the registry, noting thereon that the same was done by order or judgmentof the court, or he may file and record a certified copy of the judgment ororder of the court thereon.
