§ 44A‑15.  Attachmentavailable to lien claimant.

In addition to other groundsfor attachment, in all cases where the owner removes or attempts or threatensto remove an improvement from real property subject to a claim of lien on realproperty under this Article, without the written permission of the lienclaimant or with the intent to deprive the lien claimant of his or her claim oflien on real property, the remedy of attachment of the property subject to theclaim of lien on real property shall be available to the lien claimant or anyother person. (1969,c. 1112, s. 1; 2005‑229, s. 1.)
