All deeds executed prior toJanuary 1, 1991, by any trustee or substitute trustee in the exercise of thepower of sale vested in him under any deed, deed of trust, mortgage, will, orother instrument in which the trustee or substitute trustee has omitted toaffix his seal after his signature are validated.
