§47‑104.  Acknowledgments of notary holding another office.

In every case where deeds orother instruments have been acknowledged before a notary public, when thenotary public at the time was also holding some other office, and the deed orother instrument has been duly probated and recorded, such acknowledgment takenby such notary public is hereby declared to be sufficient and valid. (1935,c. 133; 1937, c. 284.)
