§47‑108.4. Acknowledgments, etc., of instruments of married women madesince February 7, 1945.
All acknowledgments, probatesand registrations of instruments wherein any married woman was a grantor,including deeds and mortgages on land, made since February 7, 1945, are herebyvalidated, approved and declared of full force and effect. (1947,c. 991, s. 2.)
