§47‑108.7. Validation of acknowledgments, etc., by deputy clerks ofsuperior court.
All acts heretofore performedby deputy clerks of the superior court in taking acknowledgments, examiningwitnesses and probating wills, deeds and other instruments required orpermitted by law to be recorded are hereby validated: Provided, nothing in thissection shall affect pending litigation.
