§47‑60.  Order of registration by judge, where clerk party.

All deeds, mortgages or otherinstruments which prior to the twentieth day of January, 1893, have beenprobated by a justice of the peace and ordered to registration by a judge ofthe superior court or justice of the Supreme Court, to which clerks of thesuperior court are parties, are hereby confirmed, and the probates and ordersfor registration declared to be valid.
