§47‑63.  Probates before officer of interested corporation.

In all cases whenacknowledgment or proof of any conveyance has been taken before a clerk ofsuperior court, magistrate or notary  public, who was at the time a stockholderor officer in any corporation, bank or other institution which was a party tosuch instrument, the certificates of such clerk, magistrate, or notary publicshall be held valid, and are so declared. (Rev., s. 1015; 1907, c.1003, s. 1; C.S., s. 3345; 1971, c. 1185, s. 16.)
