Statutes > North-carolina > Chapter_47 > GS_47-92§47‑92. Probates before stockholders and directors of banks.
No acknowledgment or proof ofexecution, including privy examination of married women, of any mortgage, ordeed of trust executed to secure the payment of any indebtedness to any bankingcorporation, taken prior to the first day of January, 1923, shall be heldinvalid by reason of the fact that the officer taking such acknowledgment,proof, or privy examination was a stockholder or director in such bankingcorporation.
