§47F‑3‑106.  Bylaws.

(a)        The bylaws of theassociation shall provide for:

(1)        The number ofmembers of the executive board and the titles of the officers of theassociation;

(2)        Election by theexecutive board of officers of the association;

(3)        The qualifications,powers and duties, terms of office, and manner of electing and removingexecutive board members and officers and filling vacancies;

(4)        Which, if any, ofits powers the executive board or officers may delegate to other persons or toa managing agent;

(5)        Which of itsofficers may prepare, execute, certify, and record amendments to thedeclaration on behalf of the association; and

(6)        The method ofamending the bylaws.

(b)        The bylaws mayprovide for any other matters the association deems necessary and appropriate. (1998‑199,s. 1.)
