No later than five days aftera petition is filed, the clerk of the court shall mail or otherwise delivernotice of the adoption proceeding to any agency that has undertaken but not yetcompleted a preplacement assessment and any agency ordered to make a report tothe court pursuant to Part 5 of this Article.
