(a) The agency shallgive a copy of any completed or incomplete preplacement assessment to theindividual who was the subject of the assessment. If the assessment contains afinding that an individual is not suitable to be an adoptive parent, the agencyshall contemporaneously file the original with the Division.
(b) The agency shallretain a copy of a completed or incomplete preplacement assessment for at leastfive years. (1995, c. 457, s. 2.)
