§ 48‑3‑306. Favorable preplacement assessments.
An individual who receives apreplacement assessment containing a finding that the individual is suitable tobe an adoptive parent shall provide a copy of the assessment to any person oragency considering the placement of a minor with the individual for adoptionand shall also attach a copy of the assessment to any petition to adopt.
