§ 50A‑106.  Effect ofchild‑custody determination.

A child‑custodydetermination made by a court of this State that had jurisdiction under thisArticle binds all persons who have been served in accordance with the laws ofthis State or notified in accordance with G.S. 50A‑108 or who havesubmitted to the jurisdiction of the court and who have been given anopportunity to be heard. As to those persons, the determination is conclusiveas to all decided issues of law and fact except to the extent the determinationis modified. (1979, c. 110, s.1; 1999‑223, s. 3.)
