§ 50A‑314.  Appeals.

An appeal may be taken from afinal order in a proceeding under this Part in accordance with expeditedappellate procedures in other civil cases. Unless the court enters a temporaryemergency order under G.S. 50A‑204, the enforcing court may not stay anorder enforcing a child‑custody determination pending appeal. (1999‑223,s. 3.)
