§53‑113.  Certified copies of records as evidence.

In all civil actions in thecourts of this State wherein are involved as evidence or otherwise any of therecords of the Commissioner of Banks, a certified copy over the signature andunder the seal of the Commissioner of Banks shall be admissible in evidence tothe same effect as if produced in court at trial by the proper custodian of therecords. (1927, c. 47, s. 14; 1931, c. 243, s. 5.)
