§53‑150. Termination of conservatorship.
If the Commissioner of Banksshall become satisfied that it may safely be done, he may, in his discretion,terminate the conservatorship and permit such bank to resume the transaction ofits business, subject to such terms, conditions, restrictions and limitationsas he may prescribe.
