§ 53‑163.  Clerk ofsuperior court notified of license and revocation.

The Commissioner of Banks,upon granting license to any such bank or trust company, shall immediatelynotify the clerk of the superior court of each county in the State that thebank or trust company has been licensed under this Article, and, whenever theCommissioner of Banks is satisfied that any bank or trust company licensed bythe Commissioner has become insolvent, or is in imminent danger of insolvency,the Commissioner shall revoke the license granted to that bank and notify theclerk of the superior court of each county in the State of the revocation.After such notification, the right of any such bank or trust company to act ina fiduciary capacity shall cease.
