§ 53‑208.12. Quarterlyreports.
A licensee shall file for eachcalendar quarter, no later than 60 days after the quarter has ended, a reportwhich contains the total number of authorized delegates in this State. Inaddition, a licensee shall promptly provide any additional informationregarding any or all of its current and prior authorized delegates requested bythe Commissioner.
