Within 15 days of a change oracquisition of control of a licensee, the licensee shall provide notice of theevent to the Commissioner in writing and in a form prescribed by theCommissioner. The notice shall be accompanied by any information, data, andrecords required by the Commissioner. Notwithstanding the foregoing, theCommissioner may waive this notification requirement if, in the Commissioner'sdiscretion, the change in control does not pose any risk to the interests ofthe public.
