§ 53‑208.26.  Criminalpenalties.

(a)        Any person whoknowingly and willfully violates any provision of this Article for which apenalty is not specifically provided is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

(b)        Any person whoknowingly and willfully makes a material, false statement in any document filedor required to be filed under this Article with the intent to deceive therecipient of the document is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

(c)        Any person whoknowingly and willfully engages in the business of money transmission without alicense as provided herein shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. (2001‑443, s. 2.)
