§ 53‑208.30. Transition.
Any person who holds in goodstanding a money transmitters license issued by the Commissioner of Banks onNovember 1, 2001 may continue to engage in such business subject to the renewalrequirements of G.S. 53‑208.11, and upon renewal, proof that the licenseemeets the net worth requirements of G.S. 53‑208.5(a), and the bonding orother security requirements of G.S. 53‑208.8.
